With over 30 years of leadership experience spanning the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, and London, Melanie has worked across both new‑start ventures and well‑established organisations—giving her deep insight into the distinct operational challenges and growth pressures businesses face at every stage.
Her career includes senior roles in banking, finance, contact centres, national account management, and Learning & Development. This breadth of experience enables her to combine strategic clarity with practical, hands‑on delivery. Having lived and worked in the Scottish Borders for many years, Melanie also brings a nuanced understanding of the region’s demographics, workforce, and business culture—allowing her to tailor solutions that genuinely fit the needs of organisations based here.
